Pricing Details

• Prices are for 1.5 hour slots per week, if your show runs for all 3 weeks. The 1.5 hour slot per week prices are mathematically adjusted to the amount of time for which your show is actually booked.
• Shows that perform only two weeks must add 10% to the price listed under the venue page. However, if a show is only performing two weeks, but ALSO added Week 0 or the Bank Holiday weekend, we will count that as performing all 3 weeks. Thus no additional 10% needs to be added.
• Shows performing only one week in weeks 1 or 3 need to add 15% to the listed price, and those only performing in week 2 need to add 20% to the listed price. (We strongly encourage any company only performing one week to consider booking weeks 1 or 3 instead.) If a company performing in week 1 or 3 adds Week 0, or the Bank Holiday weekend, we will count that as a second week, and therefore only an additional 10% needs to be added.
• All listed prices include a 40% guarantee. (Explained in detail in Rocket FAQ)
• The time you hire includes get-in, performance, and get-out time.
• Prices include basic lighting and sound as mentioned in the tech specs.
• Prices include venue box office and ticket printing.
• Prices include staffing.
• Price does NOT include a £65.00 publicity fee which covers the cost of printing the Rocket Venues 2006 programme. This fee will be required for EACH show.
• Prices include minimal storage/changing rooms. Typical storage space is usually 1 metre x 1 metre of floor space. (Additional space can be arranged for an additional cost.) Changing rooms are combined with the storage space, and are shared with other companies.
• The rental price includes a rehearsal time equal to the length of the entire get-in, performance, and get-out time you have booked for one day. For example, a 1.5 hour slot translates into 1.5 hours or 90 minutes of rehearsal time. Additional rehearsal time can be booked in advance for £30 an hour (£50 for Roxy Main).
